    If you want to be super efficient you could burn the same amount of calories in 3 mins if you incorporated intervals rather than doing steady state for 6 mins.

    Lube...you'll need lube for that.

    Hubby and I were talking about this the other day. Depending on how long the couples involved in the study had been partners, that could absolutely have a significant effect on the length of time it takes to get things done. Hubby and I have really learned how to push each other's buttons (so to speak), and even very brief encounters (squeezed in where we can fit 'em) can leave us very satisfied.

    Poor...poor people. 6 minutes.Even our quickies are between 15-20 minutes.

    And way more fun than walking. Actually, I'm positive he would prefer some bedroom (or anywhere else) team exercise rather than going for a walk haha

    Even if it is after penetration....that is still extremely sad. I'm not opposed to a quicky but 6 minutes is even fast for that.
