I drink one or two glasses of wine about 4-5 nights a week. Stopped drinking beer and mixed drinks totally. Wine has about 100 calories a glass. What can I say, makes me relax, and supposed to be heart protective as long as you don't drink to much right?? I've lost weight and done this the whole way through.0

I have a Pernod every night at six o'clock. A couple of fingers in a long glass and fill it up with water. Luckily I can stop at one most days and count 100 cals. It keeps me from feeling deprived. Once a week I share a bottle of wine with my husband. Generally Pinot Noir and count 300 for that. It means on that day I don't have an afternoon snack.

I love wine....i've heard the Skinny Girl wines don't taste very good (someone, please tell me if I'm wrong!). I mix vodka with diet coke or crystal light (at least you're only getting the alcohol calories then).0
