Partial Liquid Diet

Hey yall,
I'm trying out this partial liquid diet - where two meals a day are replaced but a fruit/protein shake - I was wondering if anyone has tried anything like this and how it worked out for you? Also - how long did you do it for and did you ever do all 3 meals a day like that?

It works however only for the short term.
Liquid diets can stop you from getting required nutrients in. Also, when you stop drinking the shakes you will most likely gain all your weight back as you haven't learned anything about proper eating, portion control. calorie control, etc.0 -
Why do you feel it's necessary to do a liquid diet to lose weight?0

Calories are calories for the most part, but you have greater satiety from real food which means you will be able to stay fuller longer and will not have to battle hunger pangs as much. But many people include juicing/protein shakes for breakfast when they are the run. But there is NO benefit of a liquid diet vs a real food diet.0
