This is a recipe i made up on my own in a desperate need to find a small, low-cal chocolate fix. enjoy everyone :flowerforyou:
Chocolate Cheesecake pudding cups.
Ingredients:
1 box Jell-o fat-free& sugar free chocolate pudding mix
1/2 box Jell-o fat-free& sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
2 cups fat free milk
Make it: in a larger bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk. stir until smooth. add in cheesecake mix and stir untill smooth. let sit for about 3 minutes. (the texture will be a little thicker than regular pudding because there is a larger ratio of pudding mix to milk) Line a muffin pan with foil liners and pour the pudding mixture into individual cups. freeze until solid. if you like, after the pudding is frozen solid, you may remove the pudding from pan and foil liners and just put all of the cups in one container. (more efficient for freezer space). to prepare, just grab one of your already-portioned pudding cups, throw it in a cereal bowl, and slightly defrost in the microwave. it is best slightly frozen, but soft enough to eat with a spoon. each cup is about 70 calories.
