Every time I've started working out in the past I'd quit after a week and I would get nowhere. One month in and I'm glad I'm sticking with it. 13 lbs down since January 7th. I haven't seen any big changes in my body yet but I definitely have more stamina & strength.

Edit: Any help with posting photos would be greatly appreciated. None of the photobucket codes are working.
