I have been weighing myself at work and I dont like everyone to know if im losing or gaining does any one have any sugestions on a good scale?

I would get an electronic one, I used those ones with the needle, i forgot what theyre called, and its hard to calibrate.0

For weighing yourself, I recommend a Weight Watcher one.
Can buy them anywhere.

I was reccommended a Taylor with built in body fat and water calculator, by a member when I first started here. I got one at Target for 25-30 dollars and I am happy with it0
