Best lunch recipe ever (healthy turkey chili)

I make a vat of this (doubling the recipe) and freeze half, and have two weeks (almost) worth of lunches. I think the calorie estimation is a bit low (I think it's closer to 325 calories for two cups), but the serving size is nice and big and I usually don't need a side dish when I have this for lunch, and I'm a grown man.

I recently did one without the wine (wife is pregnant), but added garbanzos (more calories, but more filling) and it was great. No need to simmer for so long either if you don't have the time.
Enjoy!
Thanks,
Josh
