I am just starting but my calorie goal is 1200. I pretty much use 200-300 per meal so far and more at dinner at times. I snack lots through out the day. My fave low calorie snacks are raw veggies and hummus, snack size popcorn, beef jerky, light mini babybel cheese. For breakfast I have a Zone bar and this has been my go to for over a year. I switch is up ocassionaly with a low calories frozen breakfast sanwich (Jimmy Deans Delights Turkey are my go to).0
