Last week I logged my 400th day with MFP. I started with small steps in December 2011. First with just better food choices and slowly added exercise. Started walking 3 days a week in Feb. '12 - then walking and jogging - now working out or running 5 days a week. Just signed up for a NO BOUNDARIES: LEARN TO RUN 5K, 2.0 & 10K training program at a local Fleet Feet Sports...
