Hey MFP, hows it going?
Been working out everyday for a few weeks now with p90x changers group and tracking my macros 40/40/20 low calories. I have been trying to lose body fat, get lean/toned and the 6 pack you know? :P
My issue/question is that although i am a naturally skinny guy (ectomorph) with very fast metabolism, i cant seem to lose my belly fat and my thighs are just a mess. It's funny because rest of my body is very skinny, but apparently all of my fat went straight to the thighs. I was told by my parents that I got the big thighs genetics from my grandmother.
I am not sure whether i should be concerned about losing the fat on the thighs, and what i can do to change it. I am worried that my thigh's weight puts stress on my knees and thats why i suck at squats/lunges/plyo.

We all have are "problem" area and as far as I know the only thing to make that area smaller is lose fat. You can't just lose it in one spot, you have to lose all over your body and get your BF% down. My problem area is my tummy and losing BF and building muscle has made it smaller, so keep pushing it and you'll get there.0
