Just made a great dinner with tons of leftovers. Found a bag od chow mein noodles (dry) so made vegetable chow mein.
1 bag chow mein noodles
Broccoli
Peppers
Bean sprouts a
Baby corn
Zucchini
Carrots
Mushrooms
Sauce made with 4 tbs hoisin, 4tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs oyste sauce, 2 tbs water.
Tossed all together.
Came out to less than 300 calories per serving! Had two servings, really full. Husband had 3 servings. I have a serving seaside for lunch, and I guess there are at least 3 servings left! Low cal and low budget!
