When doing a morning workout,,is it better to have your breakfast before or after you workout?

After unless you get sluggish from not eating before your workout0

before would be best but you'd have to consume it at least 1 1/2 hours before you excercise for it to take effect and give you the energy you need to have the intensity you need to have an effective workout.0

I think it depends on the what the individual prefers and also the work out..
For example , I would not be able to survive an intense cardio session or a heavy lifting session with no breakfast (and I don't think it would be recommended!!!)
But if I was going for a 30 min walk, or light jog, .. I could go without breakfast.
