Question about calories burned, help please!

Mfp has my daily caloric intake at 1,200 and I work a job that requires me to do lots of physical activity in a day. I wear a pedometer to see how many steps I take while at work and today it said I burned about 500 calories. My question is this, do I subtract that from my daily intake and eat those calories back? If I am only taking in 1,200 a day and burning 500 at work that leaves me with far too few calories. My weight loss has slowed since starting this job and I am wondering if that is why.

I think you have your settings wrong, I would say that you are set at Sedentary and would probably be better at Active this will give you more calories to eat per day. If you are burning 500 calories per day (average) you should be eating a proportion of them back to counter act your burn, try eating an extra 200 calories per day for a couple of weeks and see what happens.
Hope this helps
