30 DAY SHRED BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES

Hi, my weight loss/body change has come to a stand still... I'm thinking of doing the 30 day shread that I hear everyone talking about. I would LOVE to see some before & after photo's if anyone has any???

    I don't have any pictures but I've just finished day 10 level 1 today, and I've lost 2 inches on my tummy and half an inch on my thighs, along with a loss of 3lbs (with healthy eating and other exercise aswell) I definately recommend it, it's only 20 minutes!

    I don't have any photos either but I am on day 8 of level 1 and have lost inches and feel better already.

    It's hard work but it's only 20 minutes. I hate excercise too and I've managed to stick to it so that's good!

    I don't have any pictures either; I've taken pictures after each week (except for the third week, oops), but I'm already kind of small (I'm just trying to tone up), so I can't really tell much difference between them, but today is day 4 of level 3 and I measured myself on Sunday and even thought I got another six days before I'm completed done (well, maybe seven since I take Saturdays off), my results have been really good so far. Here's what I've lost so far:

    Neck: 0.75 in.
    Bust: 1.75 in.
    Waist: 4 in.
    Hips: 3 in.
    Thighs: 3 in.
    Upper Arms: 0.5 (there is also a lot more noticeable muscle than there use to be)
    Calves: 1.5 in.
    BMI: -0.7 change
    Body Fat %: -4% change
    Weight: 4 lbs
