I didnt see a difference in myself for a longggggggg time, now my boots are massive around my calf :happy: , my winter coat swamps me :happy: , all brilliant and motivational,but it seems my head is taking much longer to catch up.

anyone experience the self doubt of , '' i cant possible be that size, ill just buy my usual size in case?'' totally ludicrous
