Dairy Free for a Few Days

So I have been trouble "going" lately. And have been trying everything I can think of to help. I just read an article that says if you're lactose intolerant, even slightly, dairy consumption can cause constipation. I am somewhat lactose intolerant, though it was worse when I was a kid. So I wanted to try going dairy free for a few days to see if it helps. Say...3 days? Will that be long enough to see results?

Does anyone want to join me? I think mutual encouragement is beneficial to progress!
