hello everyone!

Hi after I quick smoking a year ago I gained 40 pounds and lost all my energy (mostly due to extreme stress) but I keeped my goal of being smoke free no matter what! Now I want to loose the extra wait. I started a 90 days challenge and lost 10 pounds so far. But mostly I want my energy back I want to be that girl that can do it all with a smile again! now that i am doing good with the food I started to exercise at Curves and keep my 90 days challenge going. I find that my fitness pal is a great motivator and easy to use. Now I need support and being able to share on a daily bases with you guys would just be the cherry on top. so lets do that and lets be healthy together !

    You'll get through it. I've had friends give up smoking who went through the same thing. Eventually, your body kicks the nicotine desire (your brain takes longer) and your energy levels come back up, particularly if you are eating right.
