I hope you dont "Loose" it...because Losing it is by far more successful with great focus.

I am fairly new to this site. I had lost 75 pounds on my own with little support. Then I stopped losing and decided to get some extra encouragement. This site and the people I have added have been pretty good about replying to posts and it's rather comforting to know I don't have to go at this alone anymore. I have my good days and my bad days and sometime's I need a little kick to realize I am sabotaging my efforts. Would like to lose another 50 pounds or more and anyone who would like to add me the more the merrier.0

Hi! Welcome to My Fitness Pal! My highest weight was 346 and I now weigh 186.
You CAN do it, hang in there! keep an accurate record of food, I approach recipes
with the question of how I can cut back any fat and calories. Will be more than happy
to share recipes and tips anytime. I've been up and down with my weight and finally

Hi! I have quite a journey to go to learn o be more healthy. I would love to friend you and work on this together. I just finished week 2. It was a challenge. With my unusual job and schedule, I slipped for a day but logged it anyway. The support from my little group of friends has kept me from completely falling off and giving up (again). You CAN do this!0
