Shin Pain/Shin Splints

I wanted to share this video I found yesterday.

I suffer from a lot of shin pain because of a very high arch in my foot and not enough support from my shoes when I work out. I might have to go buy custom inserts for my shoes soon. I do the standard stretches (Hip Flexor, Hamstring Stretch, Quadriceps Stretch) constantly to try and decrease the pain but I normally have constant pain after 2-3 days working in a row. ( I have been doing consistent workouts for 6-8 months problem never went away)

So if anyone else is like me please watch this video, there are 3 stretches using a golf ball and a foam roller that work wonders!! I will definitely be adding this to my weekly stretching routine!
