So I have been working out, lifting cutting calories and been steady loosing weight for 4 months ( 30 lbs) I wanted start a more formal program because I really didn't have a program at all. I just started the new rules of lifting for women, and wow that was a workout! Now I know I can experience a short term gain when I 1st start lifting ( I did) can then happen more than once? my whole body is sore (AWESOME!!!) and I am about 1.5 lbs heavier this week, when if I go by my diet I really shouldn't be. So I am assuming the muscle soreness is why. Someone please let me know if I am right....

the soreness and weight gain is all water weight..your muscles are trying to repair themselves. i would suggest not weighing for a few weeks..since you are basically doing all new exercises which in turn shock your muscles into retaining water.
There is a group on here that is totally dedicated to the NROL4W..check it out..loads of info on there for you..0 -
Thanks! I will take your advice and not weigh in for a while, just makes me sad maybe I will measure twice a month for a while.0
