Suggestions!?!?!

I started Power 90 on Jan 11th. I have not missed a day on the plan in 29 days. I have stuck to the calories allotted for each day 97% of the time (exluding super bowl). I have lost 1 inch on hips and 2 inches on belly. Yes, I am happy with that however I did not expect the 3lb weight gain :(
I would be ok with 1lb weight gain or no loss but 3lbs! You can peak at my food diary for suggestions...keep in mind my husband is a chef and we are foodies so I will not forgo the wine ( but I have limited it to only 1-2 glasses with dinner a week).

    My suggestion? Throw the scale away! Inches are way more important than the numbers on a scale. Do you feel better? Do your clothes fit better? Then you're doing great! Numbers are just numbers, and muscle weighs more than flab.
