I had back surgery Dec 27th and am very limited on what I am allowed to do....
I am allowed to walk - no running. No weights.
Thus I thought YOGA could be a good mix with walking, but in the past Yoga bores me and I don't want to stick to it. Anyone know of a beginners YOGA that's not boring (great music and energy) or something like this in DVD form that will keep me interested?

Yoga always bored me, but I tried Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga and then Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior. Not sure how appropriate they are, though, considering your back surgery.0

I can feel when I'm pushing my limits and would not do poses that I shouldn't. Lots of them are lower body and those would be no problem. It was my upper spine that I had the fusion done to.0
