Hi everyone,
I need your help.
I need to be eating 2100 calories - 2240 calories a day.
This is my split
Ø Carbs: 220 (880cal)
Ø Protein: 160 (640cal)
Ø Fat: 80 (720cal)
I burn about 500 calories a day working out,(-500cal = Actual1600-1740cal.
How do i submit this on my tracker.
What is my goal calorie amount?
Easy way to track carbs,protein,fat?

If you're working out and want to log the calories, go to "Track Exercise" on the home screen. Go to Cardiovascular -> Add Exercise, search for the exercise you're doing, and add the minutes. MFP automatically adds the calories. If you have a more accurate calorie count, enter it.
When you go back to your home screen, you'll see: Goal, Food, Exercise, Net. Exercise will be a negative, meaning you've "earned" those calories back. Your goal amount should not change; if your goal was 2240 calories and you exercise off 500 calories, you can consume 2740 calories that day.
Macros are tracked automatically as you log food.0
