salty foods! meat, dairy, eggs- anything high in fat, too. But I notice the most from salty foods like popcorn and salted cashews.0

I have found that when I go out to eat (no matter what the food) that I gain water weight and am bloated the next day. I am guessing that restaurants are putting a lot of hidden salt in their foods.
I'm sorry that this was not the answer you were looking for, but just something worth mentioning with water retention. I am having a lot of issues with it lately myself and will be interested to see what others say.0 -
