So, I finally gave into to trying this product. I did not spend a fortune on the whole shebang, rather had someone who has consulted me as to the top 3 products to use. I modified their version of the ignite 8 day to go with what I have purchased and what I have at home. Today is my 5th day and I am down 6 pounds, I have a great energy level that I have NOT had in I can't remember how long and my cravings for unnecessary stuff is subsiding.

I have actually heard a lot of great things about this, even just people who use them for vitamin supplements. I wish I could afford it!:)0
