I am new to exercise, need tips and help

    Pick something you like and will stick with. Add some variety now and then by doing something different. Try to go a little harder every day.

    Not sure how specific you want to be. What are you thinking of doing?

    Again, you will stick with it if you like it. I walk. However, when I do lose weight, I do not want my arms to be flabby and walking does not address that, so I bought 5 lb weights and do 6 or 7 different sets of 15 exercises that spot them.
    Walking, I figure that if I tighten the stomach muscles that will help me have a firm middle.

    Given the specific and detailed nature of your request, I'd suggest:
    1. Walk or run
    2. Lift weights
