Changing My Eating For Good!

This time, I've been trying to eat healthier and Keeping it simple. No breads, sweets only for my coffee (and 1 other sweet for ICE purposes only :) ), meat just for 1 meal. It makes it easy when I go to a restaurant to get something to eat without having to figure out what's in what. It's helped me to eat more of the right foods and, guess what? I've lost 7 pounds since starting this in January.

I think I can continue; I just want to fit into my old clothes again! I'll keep you posted!
