Need to cook my round eye roast! Need a recipe!

I have a round eye roast that needs to be cooked! I usually broil it and then slice it into 6oz sections, freeze some of it and have it once or twice a week. I have a very limited pantry and little to no money so I was wondering if anyone knew of any simple ways to spice up the roast. I do have many seasonings, and peppers/veggies, but no slow cooker! Yeah, I know!
