Big mistake cooking on a pizza stone without first putting down parchment paper. Ended up scraping it all off and eating it in a bowl with homemade salsa. I will try again because it smelled amazing while it was cooking (and the goop tasted good).0

Yep, came back to say this, almost exactly! I sprayed a pan with Pam and had the same result..will certainly use parchment paper next time! I also think I made it too thin- for two people, I should have doubled the recipe, because it was thinner than a pancake. I also used broccoli, so I'll make it again this week following the original directions EXACTLY and see if I can't make it work!Big mistake cooking on a pizza stone without first putting down parchment paper.
