I have lost my motivation. I can't make my self get on the treadmill. I am still watching my calories but I am getting tired of the same ole' food. I am not a very experimental cook. I don't like alot of the things that I should be eating. Anyone have any suggestions.

Try cooking the things you do like in different ways.

    Check out the recipe forums.
  • Get on the treadmill first thing in the morning, before you do anything else. Don't make it an option. You're worth it!!!

Get a few cookbooks. There are tons of halthy tasty recipes out there.

Also, set some non-scale/non-clothing related goals.

    Do 100 pushups.
    Do 200 squats
    Do couch to 5k
Try and walk a certain speed for a certain time
    Try to lift more weight
Try one new food every week

Come up with alternate goals to work towards to help you stay on track!
