I have lost my motivation. I can't make my self get on the treadmill. I am still watching my calories but I am getting tired of the same ole' food. I am not a very experimental cook. I don't like alot of the things that I should be eating. Anyone have any suggestions.

Get on the treadmill first thing in the morning, before you do anything else. Don't make it an option. You're worth it!!!0

Do 100 pushups.
Do 200 squats
Do couch to 5k
Try and walk a certain speed for a certain time
Try to lift more weight
Try one new food every week
Come up with alternate goals to work towards to help you stay on track!0
