chicken burger help!

iv eaten a chicken fillet burger with mayo and a small chips does anyone know the calories or a ruff estimate?? iv only had 2 eggs aswel this morning but hoping i aint gone over my 1200 calories :(

    the chicken was crispy and the bun was white with seeds if that helps

    If you got it at a restaurant, look for their info online.

    If the restaurant doesn't have the info online, use the numbers from a comparable restaurant, like Red Robin, MacDonalds, Ruby Tuesday, etc.

    Oh, I see you're in England...doubt there are Red Robins or Ruby Tuesdays there :laugh:

    But the advice applies....find a restaurant entry that is comparable. If you made it at home, enter the ingredients separately.
