Cereal - Weetabix or bust!

Breakfast cereals are a con in that the serving suggestions on the box are ridiculously small..The only cereal i can satisfy myself with which is low in calories in the process is by having 4 weetabix (2 bowls) with 350ml of 1% milk. That is a generous amount of milk and the total calories for this breakfast is 412 calories which should be low enough to fit into a low calorie diet. Cornflakes, Rice Krispies, Special K are plain cereals which should be healthy but you need much larger servings to fill yourself up.

The only other cereal which comes close is Shredded Wheat which like Weetabix is easy to portion as you have 2 biscuits as an easy serving size. I love a wide variety of cereals so its a shame that only 2 can now be eaten. Any other healthy breakfast suggestions?
