Pancake Tuesday is on February 12th. Who can resist the taste and smell of such a delicacy when wafting through the house as the rest of the family indulge ?

Browse the recipe section. I have seen some low cal, yummy looking pancakes in there!
Make a batch for yourself and the fam can eat their own mix if they prefer.0 -

I had 2 chocolate chip pancakes today. I actually found a breakfast place that let me order 2 and 1 over easy egg. I was super excited. So I went to the gym. :-)0

Do a search for healthy pancake recipes. You can have your pancakes0

2 eggs, one mushed up (very ripe) banana, all mixed up, tiny pancakes instead of big ones, taste better. Still tastes a bit like yorkshire pudding, but with a topping its quite nice. Try it before hand so as to not ruin your hopes for Tuesday.0
