Since cake seems to be a thing right now...

1 Box of Super Moist Cake Mix
1 cup nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup of water

Follow baking directions on cake mix box and voila! (might want to check it when there's about 10 minutes left...doesn't seem to take as long as "real" cake) Super incredibly moist cake. I used the Betty Crocker Triple Fudge and mine came out to 108 calories for 1/16 of a cake. Little high, even more so if you put frosting on it, but it's lower than following the directions and still really yummy.

    Yum!

I've heard of adding diet soda to a cake mix instead of the oil/eggs but never yogurt. I will have to try this. Thanks!

Great idea since this adds protein to something that would otherwise have none. Thanks!

My bestie tried the diet soda thing and honestly...not that impressed. Has a weird texture, IMO. Plus I figure the Greek yogurt has to be TONS healthier! Hope you enjoy it if you try it! What would I do without Pinterest?

Sounds intriguing...now I'm wondering about 3-2-1 made with 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and one of water, just so I don't end up having 16 servings of cake staring up at me from the counter!

Let me know if you try it, I tried the 3-2-1 cake a few times and it just didn't really do anything for me lol.

I used to do the diet soda thing when I was on WW, it was good! 1 box cake mix + 1 can diet soda, mix and back according to package. So its just the calories in the mix! maybe I'll try the yogurt this time though, thanks!

If you weigh your meals (I weigh everything) then you can weigh the dry mix and divide it by 16, place the mix in a seal-able container and mark it with the recipe needed for one serving, then you can mix up a single serving and bake it in a cupcake pan whenever you want a piece of cake.
