Hello...newbie here....

Hello,
I have been a member for quite some time now....Never posted though....just lurking around but figured I would say hi...A little about myself...I ama 34 yr old female, married with a 4 yr old.....I work full time .. I am a Business Analyst.... losing my pregnancy weight wasnt very easy and after my daughter turned 4 i ran out of all excuses like oh she is still a baby , i am very busy, she doesnt sleep through the night and i am exhausted....
Well i started running again and did barbie weights( for the fear of being too full of muscles n looking like a she hulk)....i did lose weight but i also wanted to be stronger..so yeah for the last 1 month or so now i am trying to get into serious lifting( which is like a Work In Progress)....and scaling down on my cardio.....

Welcome and awesome job on starting to lift. I couldn't stand cardio and found heavy lifting was where it was at for me. Hope you find that too.
