Belly fat

I've lost almost 60 lbs and have done awesome at toning but I can't seem to lose the weight around my belly. Any suggestions as to how to speed this process? I work out regularly (5-6 times a week). I do cardio, lifting, and other exercises. If anyone had suggestions, please let me know.

It's impossible to spot lose fat. Just continue losing weight. For many people belly fat is the last to go.

    This!

Unfortunately belly fat is usually the last to go... especially for women. We can't choose where to lose from. You just have to work on overall body fat reduction.

I am roughly about 15-20 pounds still away from my goal weight and still have a belly.. so looks like it's the last to go as well.

You just need to continue what you've been doing to lose fat. It's just about lowering your body fat percent.

As a bloke I lost significant fat from all over going from 25%-16% but I still had a visible belly pouch covering my abs even at ~15-14%, closer to 12% and its close to gone. I'm sure if I was dedicated enough 10% and it'll be a tight six pack.

Iv personally found it takes a long time and a lot of patience!

^This. With 21 lbs to go, chances are, a lot of that will come from your belly.

If you are intolerant to these foods, then they could cause bloating. If that's a possible issue, then try cutting them out to see if it has an effect. This is not the same as belly fat though.
