Its the Freakin Weekend And im having NO fun!

The pressure of going out and ruining everthing i accomplished during the week..Is here again...ALready...What are some tips to keep on track during the weekend?

    Here some things I do to stay on track on the weekends
    -Eat a healthy meal before going out.
    -If I must eat with the group I eat half and take the other half home. (I ask them for a to-go box right away so I'm not tempted to eat it all!)
    -If I'm having drinks it's LIGHT beer, Vodka Cranberries, or Whiskey w/ Diet Coke (on bad days).
