I'm new to myfitnesspal, but not the weight loss thing. I've done my share of weight loss programs (as I'm sure some of you have too). Unfortunately in the last 2 years that 20lbs I was trying to lose ballooned to 160. I did HMR shakes and lost 40lbs, but I moved from the center and also wanted real food again. I love to cook. I joined a gym and got a personal trainer for a little bit. Still need to continue to drag my butt to the gym and watch what I eat. I'm sick of being overweight. So here I am.
