small goals, big accomplisments. progress. (with photos)

I didn't have that big of a weightloss goal like most folks on here. I just needed to change my lifestyle. I was always naturally skinny growing up, and then puberty hit me. Hips came in, with the boobs, and my tummy soon followed. I've always been in a healthy weight range but it was always about changing my lifestyle, cutting down on fast food and working out more. MFP has definitely helped me out with all of that.

here's a progress photo, the main focus and biggest change I noticed was in my stomach right away! no need to suck in anymore! :)

I took the photo at the end of december, but really started to work out and apply my new fit lifestyle mid janurary. So I'd say it took me about 3 1/2 weeks!

  • I can definitely see progress. How long in between photos? I would love to see more definition in the old midsection, I know I've got abs in there somewhere... it seems the less you have to lose, the longer it takes to lose it. At least that's how it's been with me. Congratulations on your progress!
