From reading the message boards I discovered that the dvd's are posted on youtube. I see there are different levels, how do they work?

Are there different workouts for each day of the for each level? How long of a timeframe is spent in each level?

I was checking the different workouts for each level and I'm more at a level 3. So I was just wondering if it would be a waste of time to go through the first two levels first.

    Levels 1, 2 and 3 should be found on you tube. Each level is a different workout that is 27 min each. Each level works different muscle groups and is hard at first, but gets better the more you do it. Each level is done for 10 days each before moving on to the next. If you are a level 3, then, I would do level 3.
