    If you would like to a group I have set up, pls msg me and I will invite you to the group. The purpose of the group is as follows:

    If you need accountability, you enjoy healthy and positive challenges, and you can commit to signing onto MFP at least once a day, I have a group (MAXIMUM 5 group members) on MFP and we each post a daily challenge for all the members (so each of us ends up with 5 challenges per day). We usu. post the challenge the evening before so we can prepare for it. Also, we post in the evening whether or not we were successful at completing the challenge.

    I have been a regular on MFP since beginning of Oct. 2012 but I find I need a "push" (and I get that through the challenges) and that I need a way to stay on track (and I get that through the accountability factor of having to post whether or not I have been successful at completing the daily challenge).
