I'm glad you asked this because I am ready for a wardrobe change too! I am going to check out other people's answers.

    Currently:
Clothing: LOFT, American Eagle (for my ultra long pants), Express, Gap
Bras & Panties: Panties -- Victoria's Secret -- I love the 5 for 25 bikinis! And bras -- maidenform, either their outlet or I can usually find them at a TJ Maxx/Kohls
Workout clothes: TJ MAXX/Marhsalls/Old Navy -- any somewhat cheap store. I aim for last season's stuff, because they are cheap, work just fine, and I can find some good labels (under armor, nike, etc).
Shoes: HAH. When you have a size 13 women's shoe, you don't shoe shop very often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Makeup & Accessories: Sephora, Victoria's Secret

I'm addicted to H&M, it kills my budget every month lol! I like Target for basics and Forever21 for fun girly stuff.

Bonworth -their clothes mix and match with colors, are reasonablhy priced and generously sized.
I have worn them from 193 to 169 pounds and have gone down a size or two.

Clothing: Modcloth.com --- though they have some really awful looking pieces, they also stock a lot of fabulously vintage/retro inspired pieces that I loooove
Bras & Panties: Kohls, Target, TJ Maxx -- I wear simple pieces in a common size
Workout clothes: Target (for sports bras, dance pants) or ****'s (for running shoes/shorts)
Shoes: Zappos.com -- you can't beat their customer service :)
Makeup: Walmart/CVS and a few splurge makeup pieces come from Sephora (if they're on sale)
Accessories: TJ Maxx/Ross/J. Crew/Modcloth -- I find my accessories anywhere and everywhere. Usually I'm looking for a specific piece and then I get it wherever I find it

Looking forward to reading everyone's replies :)

I am a very old and heavy woman. I shop Kohl's and Coldwater Creek mostly. I also shop the Chadwicks and Newport catalogs.
