I'm glad you asked this because I am ready for a wardrobe change too! I am going to check out other people's answers.
Currently:
Clothing: LOFT, American Eagle (for my ultra long pants), Express, Gap
Bras & Panties: Panties -- Victoria's Secret -- I love the 5 for 25 bikinis! And bras -- maidenform, either their outlet or I can usually find them at a TJ Maxx/Kohls
Workout clothes: TJ MAXX/Marhsalls/Old Navy -- any somewhat cheap store. I aim for last season's stuff, because they are cheap, work just fine, and I can find some good labels (under armor, nike, etc).
Shoes: HAH. When you have a size 13 women's shoe, you don't shoe shop very often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Makeup & Accessories: Sephora, Victoria's Secret0 -
Clothing: Ross, Rue 21, American Eagle, Gap Outlet, Old Navy, Macys
Bras & Panties: VS, Dillards
Workout clothes: Ross, Target, Old Navy (I wish I could afford Lulumon!)
Shoes: Ross, Shopko, Target
Makeup & Accessories: Clinique, Target. Ulta0 -
Clothing, accessories: second hand or consignment stores, Reitmans, Old Navy, Superstore
Bras: I'll let you know when I find a place with my size that doesn't cost $60+
Workout clothes: zellers, wherever. (Sports bra: just got an under armor, sports chek)
Shoes: Payless, Marks Work Wearhouse, for free from my sister.
Makeup: any drug store. Don't wear it much so I have a few go-tos.0 -
Kohls, Macy's, Old Navy, Gap Body, some Charlotte Russe, Victoria's Secret, H&M, some Loft, NY&Co

Workout clothes: Target (for sports bras, dance pants) or ****'s (for running shoes/shorts)
