WTH does QFT and SMH mean??

I normally can figure these things out.. like LOL, WTH, WTF... you know.. BRB, LMAO, ROTFLMAO... But for the life of me I cannot figure out what those 2 mean... and I see them on a daily basis..

I also know MFPand NSV...

What are some of the others that you cannot figure out? Maybe we can all have a lesson on text slang.
