Do you stretch after cardio/lifting?

    Yes, after both. In the few months I could afford a personal trainer, the advice she gave me was to warm up with light aerobics (not stretching) pre-workout, but to definitely stretch immediately after the workout, because skipping that could cause injuries otherwise. So, I continue that now whether it's aerobic or strenth training.

    Warm up - stretch - work out - cool down- stretch.
