My Gallbladder wants me to be Fat!

So I have Gallbladder issues and have had for many years.
Before anyone suggests taking it out, I would really rather not.

When my weight is stable, I know what foods to avoid and usually can manage to control it, meaning that I have maybe 2-3 attacks a year. Which I can live with.

However, according to my Doctor, gallbladders react negatively to weight fluctuation.

I've lost about 10-12 pounds and two days ago I had an incapacitating attack that kept me on my back for two hours. it's been twinging ever since.

It's livable, but Im wondering if it's going to keep attacking me if i keep losing weight, and if there is a way to go about it without the pain.

Last time I lost a significant amount of weight I did not notice it behaving any worse than what would be "normal" for me.

Please, don't reply to this with "go to the doctor, hospital, etc". I'm really only looking for replies from people who might have been in a simular situation.

Please also don't reply with "I took mine out, it's great, get yours out".

I've read all the literature, consulted multiple professionals, lived with it for over 20 years now, and i want to avoid ripping out a piece of my anatomy if I can.

thanks.
