Water Aerobics wore me out!!!! OMG!!

Today was my first time ever doing water aerobics and it absolutley wore me out. I did that for a good 70 mins. I got out and went and sat in the whirlpool for a few. Ok i thinking i can handle doing 35 mins on the elipitcal. That was such a struggle!! I could barley finish bc my whole body was tired. Wow!! So now im going to do that every saturday. You dont burn many cals but you get a total body workout.

    Water Aerobics are probably my favorite workout. I can't wait till the classes in the outdoor pool start in June. I've been working out extra just to make sure I can handle the class.
