What is the best ratio for Protein, Carbs and Fat to loose weight on?

    25% carbs 25% fat 30% protein. Off by just 1%, and you're in big trouble.

    Macros aren't as important for weight loss as calories are. In general, for proper nutrition, it is recommended that you get 0.8-1.0g of protein per kg of body weight, and 0.3-0.5g fat per kg of body weight. Those are minimum. The rest can be filled with carbs. So if you calculate this you can set the percentages to somewhere around those goals.
