Hello everybody,

Im new to my fitness pal and I've been enjoying using it. I never really cared about counting my calories and logging my workouts and meals but now that Im using my fitness pal, it just makes things a lot easier. Ive been putting in some hard work at the gym and I'm on a mission to go from 211 to 170. I began a new training regimen that consists of high intensity plyometrics and 30-40 minutes of a cardio workout this past tuesday. So far, I've lost 2 pounds and I'm hoping to lose more. If anybody wants to contribute to this thread by adding an exercise or health tip, I'd love to hear from you.
