Help! Need Home weight lifting regimen

Any suggestions on a good regimen for a home workout. I have a bench and weights. My cardio is limited due to foot probems so anything else I can do is welcomed

i started out with http://www.bodybuilding.com/guides/female-20to39-fat-loss/training that and it was fairly easy to modify for home - i only have a bench and weights as well (for now)...i really enjoyed it and plan on restarting it after i have my baby next month0
