I just can't seem to say no anymore!
The scale and my body is showing it!
Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
I don't know what's going on with me..

It'll be ok. Calm down. What's happening? You've already lost almost half the weight. Maybe you've had a little road bump, but it doesn't have to derail you.
It's a journey. Journeys have detours sometimes. Find your bearings. Don't beat yourself up. Start again tomorrow. It's ok.0
